The profile that's genuinely hard to find isn't the strategist who can write a roadmap, or the operator who can run a pipeline, or the technologist who can build an AI system. It's the person who can do all three — and lead others through each one by doing it in front of them, not handing off a deck.
I built this profile not by design but by necessity. At AFWERX, I wasn't brought in to advise. I was the person who built the CRM when there wasn't one, designed the challenge pipeline when no format existed, ran workshops with industry, academia, end users, and acquisition officers in the same room, and integrated AI tools into live operations before most of the defense innovation space was taking them seriously.
Before that, I was in Silicon Valley working on computer vision for AI, years before the current wave made that sound interesting. My background is economics, international relations, and mathematics. I took that combination into AI work, and then into facilitation, and then into government, and then into strategy consulting. The thread running through all of it is the same: I close gaps between what a room is capable of producing and what it actually delivers.
I founded LUNABRIDGE to make that capability available at scale. It's not a staffing firm and it's not a technology company. It's a practice built around one belief: the right person in the right room, with the right AI architecture behind them, is worth more than a team of ten people doing the same work the old way.
